St. Thomas Place

St. Thomas Place

A UNIQUE PLACE TO LIVE, WORK AND CREATE

St. Thomas Place will be a unique meeting place, lifestyle living and work place – the first of its kind on the Gold Coast.

Here, artists will showcase their work to a large and diverse audience on a daily basis. Residents will dip in and out of the global lifestyle and creativity of an Arts District below, or retreat to 5-green star energy rated apartments with park, city and ocean vistas above.

The 5 level commerce building will give designers, creative businesses and artists the opportunity to relocate to the Gold Coast Arts District. Completing the creative buzz will be the art gallery, shops and open creative spaces for constantly evolving events, exhibitions and pop-up shows.

This place will have a sense of character, culture and community unique to the Gold Coast.

A PLACE PEOPLE WILL BE DRAWN TO

St. Thomas Place will breathe new life into the concept of urbanisation and creativity.

The vertical garden is set to be a living work of art. Trailing across a green rated car park, it will filter the air with 11,000 plants and 200 species. It will set the mood of The District as a new destination for contemporary art, while in the process providing a drawcard for the community.

AN INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION

St. Thomas Place is a design collaboration of Miami Architect Ludwig Fontalvo-Abello of Studio LFA and the world acclaimed French botanist, Patrick Blanc. It will establishe the Gold Coast Arts District as the new heart of culture and creativity – a place of global urban awareness and enrichment, with significant public appeal and investment opportunity.
